How do I reserve a table?
Use the booking widget above to check availability and complete your reservation. If you prefer to contact the team, send the request form with your restaurant, date and party size.
How far ahead can I book?
Reservations open 30 days ahead. Dining room tables are released at 10 am and counter seats at noon, New York time.
When is my reservation confirmed?
For an online booking, follow the confirmation provided by the booking service. A request sent through our form is not a confirmed reservation; our team will reply by email within 24 hours.
Can I arrange a group dinner?
For a group celebration or exclusive use of a room, contact our private dining team through the Private Dining page. Include your preferred date, party size and any dietary requirements.
How long is the meal?
About two hours in the dining room, two and a half at the counter.
How is the counter different from the dining room?
Counter Omakase is $295, with seatings at 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm. The dining room offers à la carte dishes and Dining Room Omakase throughout the evening.
Do I pay when I book?
The request form does not take payment or secure a table. Confirmed à la carte reservations require a card guarantee; Counter Omakase and Dining Room Omakase require payment to secure the booking. Check the payment terms shown when completing an online reservation.
Can I change or cancel?
À la carte reservations can be changed or cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before your booking; later cancellations incur a $50 charge per guest. Counter Omakase and Dining Room Omakase are fully refundable up to 72 hours before your booking. You may reschedule twice; a third change is treated as a cancellation.
What if I’m late?
Tables are held for fifteen minutes. At the counter we begin together, and late guests join at the current course.
Can you cook around allergies?
Tell us when you book. Most dishes can be adapted; the counter omakase can’t be made vegetarian.
Are children welcome?
Yes, in the dining room. The counter is for guests 12 and over.
Is there a dress code?
Smart casual. Light perfume at the counter, where scent travels.
Is gratuity included?
A 20% service charge is added to every bill and shared with the whole team.
